Proposal - Amendment to Probationary Period for New Members

As Greens & Beans continues to evolve, so do our policies and procedures. The current policy on the Probationary Period for New Members outlines a 3-month probationary period for new members, during which they have limited store access, voting, and representation rights. In response to recent discussions on new member onboarding, the following amendment is proposed to the policy to reflect current realities for new members: 

 The Membership Agreement and Probationary Period for New Members will be updated as follows: 

 

 Update policy title to "Trial Period for New Members" to clarify policy intention and soften language 

 Update probationary period to one month to expedite new member onboarding process and simplify tracking
